Breathwork is a simple yet powerful practice that reconnects you to your body, releases what no longer serves you, calms your nervous system, and restores balance to your nervous system.
In our sessions, you’ll learn how to:
• Activate your body’s natural relaxation response
• Use your breath as a tool to access your nervous system.
• Improve focus, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
• Gently move through states of activation and rest.
• Deepen self awareness
Whether you’re feeling anxious, fatigued, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, breathwork offers a safe, accessible tool for transformation. No prior experience is needed.
If you feel the pull towards this work, trust it. You don’t need to be in a perfect place to begin. You don’t need to have the right words, the right mindset, or any prior experience. You just need to arrive as you are. These spaces are for you if you are longing to feel more connected, more grounded, and more at home within yourself. Breathwork
Experience the transformative power of breathwork in a session tailored just for you. A 1:1 breathwork session allow us to go exactly where your system is ready to go, gently, safely, and at your own pace. Whether you are navigating grief, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, this is a space to slow down and come back home to your body.
During your session, you’ll receive:
• A guided conscious connected breathwork journey, intuitively tailored to you.
• Support in emotional release, processing, and regulation as it arises.
• Simple practices or guidance to support you after the session.
• Space for integration, reflection, and grounding at the end.
1:1 breathwork allows for deeper exploration, guidance, and support than group sessions, creating a safe space for self-discovery and transformation. These private sessions are a deeply personal space to be held, witnessed, and supported through your breath. Each session is intuitively guided and shaped around what you need on the day.
